Video Production for Laois Cruinniu na Casca 2017

A video production for the Cruinniú na Cásca Family, a free event at the Dunamaise Arts Centre was a huge success with a capacity crowd enjoying the entertainment provided on Easter Monday.

Performing on the day were the Laois Youth Dance Ensemble, young musicians and singers from Music Generation Laois and children from the Holy Family School and Barnashrone NS.

A wonderful performance by John Spillane of his recently composed song 100 Snow White Horses inspired by Laois history and mythology, people, places and events and the screening of an animation film inspired by the song and created by students from Paddock NS was also included in the programme and you can find the highlights here in this great video we created.

The 220 watts video production  were delighted to produce the webpage for the Laois youth Dance Ensemble. The Ensemble is a contemporary youth dance company based in Laois under a professional leadership.

Our partnership always results in something beautiful. We have as well video recorded some of their dance materials to be used as a background for live performances and the final results were artistically pleasing. Their energy, passion and talent is not only inspirational, but is what 220watts represents.

220 watts video production have been working with the Laois Dance Platform team since 2015 with video recording and editing of the event. We have been also working with the festival webpage development and management.

Laois Dance Platform is a dance festival funded by the Irish Arts Council, produced by Laois Youth Dance Ensemble in collaboration with Dunamaise Arts Centre.
